Hey so I pastor a new church plant in Boston and we are into sharing intentional kindness with our neighbors in March 2008. We bought things that people would want if they are getting sick. We made 750 bags of Cold Care stuff and handed them out to people on the street at the bus stop, going to the T, and headed anywhere. It was fun and our neighbors were shocked at this simple display of God's kindness.

Technical info:
canon hv20 on 24p cinema mode. I used iMovie to edit. Next time I will try 60i since I don't use a tripod anyhow.

Please use the tutorial here to export correctly:
    eugenia.gnomefiles.org/2007/12/08/exporting-with-quicktime-in-720p/
because this video has jaggie lines (interlacing). Unfortunately Quicktime does not have an option to remove interlacing when exporting as .MP4 you see, so you will have to export as .MOV instead.

ok. Thanks Eugenia. I will do .mov. I'm also realizing I need a tripod of a better camera control. I tried the pulldown and was successful but the file was too huge to deal with: 15 GB. It kept crashing my iMovie.

Erm... iMovie does not support 24p, so the pulldown removal should have never taken place in your case. You need FCP or After Effects to do 24p editing. Neither iMovie or FC Express support 24p on the Mac.
