Amazing film. Everything was impeccable, the script, the casting, direction, camera work, editing, music (wonderful), VO, etc. The decision to use stop-motion was truly inspired, and so beautifully used too--the shot where the guy pretends to run fast is hilarious.

What camera was this shot on? What was it edited on? Some details, please!

really nice work.. it's funny how is this stop-motion thing popular lately.. but I wonder how time-demanding is editing this way.? is there some kind of trick while shooting or you are just cutting all the 'real-time' shots.?

Thanks guys for the nice comments! We used the Nikon D70, and D200 shooting at their maximum frame rate, and then stiched those sequences together in after effects, before editing in Avid at the time. We actually did the color correction in photoshop using actions to process the hundreds of frames in each shot. We made this film in about 48 hours initially, but then went back and spent about 10 hours finishing the edit and color correction.
