I have a great view of the city from my rooftop deck, so I just had to go up there and check out Chicago's Earth Hour initiative. A bit disappointed that not all of the lights were turned off... but hey, it's all good!

    That's okay because Leicester is in an alternate universe where everything is opposite, including turning the lights ON instead of off... and wearing one's trousers backwards!

    What a great view....and I'm amazed that as many people turned their lights off as did... I didn't see any go off in Duluth. But, that's the nature of people.

    I got really lucky when I saw the Craigslist ad for this rental from a sweet lady who just wanted to rent her place out to someone who'd take good care of it. The view was definitely an added bonus!

    as soon as this weather breaks, i'll be down there. i'll def be down there for two weeks this coming sept. to get my place rented out again. but i'll be down there before that for sure.
