A segment of a candid interview with a father who tells about how court transcripts were altered at the court at 311 Jarvis St. in Toronto, Canada.

The altering of official court transcripts seems to becoming more of a regular complaint from many families involved in the family court system. Justice Marvin Zuker of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice got caught altering transcripts and even though altering court transcripts would be considered as a violation of the Criminal Code of Canada, Justice Zuker served no time.

This father's advice to all Canadians is to covertly audio record everyone involved in your family law matter - including your own lawyer.

If you are involved in the family court system and want to help protect yourself, never leave home without your tape recorder on your person.
