A view of downtown Xi'an from the Belltower. Even though there are tunnels to cross the street, rules in China are just suggestions, which is why that dude is trying to cross the road. If you look closely you might be able to see a big pagoda off in the distance. It's not far away, but it's really smoggy and polluted in Xi'an.
