Five minute video which lovingly zooms into bike parts, and names them. "Watch this guide and you'll be talking bike in 5 minutes." The 'bespoke' soundtrack was made using bike parts (spokes, gear shifting, disc brake rotor twanging), recorded in my garage and then made into music by Greg Johnston. It's bike tech techno: I've called it 'Bong. Psst. Twang. Whirr. Psst.'

This fine video is available for iPods and Apple TV's via quickrelease.tv/?p=380 Click there also for an iTunes MP3 of the music. Heck, there's even a free ringtone of the bike sounds for an iPhone. Thanks for watching. Carlton Reid.

Good video. The quality of videos here puts YouTube to shame. Keep up the good work on your quickrelease.tv blog!

Thanks, Dysanovic. I love the quality of Vimeo. Most other sites have a 100mb upload limit. Vimeo doesn't. This vid is on YouTube, too, but I'd much prefer it was viewed here, or via Apple TV/iTunes.

Great quality, but please, deinterlace the video before uploading it to vimeo in order to get rid of the annoying interlacing lines.

Thanks, NCFX. I shall do so from now on. I compressed it with Visual Hub. Normally I just let iMovie do the work.

Thanks, Jon. That pleased Greg, the composer.
