It shows you how to sync Isadora to Ableton Live via OSC. Although it uses Isadora and OSC the same technique could also be used with other apps (VDMX, Quartz Composer, Vjamm etc) and also with midi as opposed to osc.

    Maybe compensate by putting your ear nearer the speaker!
