PolĂssonos
PolĂssonos is a loop-based midi sequencer that elicits the relation between the rhythmical division of time and the shapes of polygons. It was developed in September 2007, for the month of "Music + Mathematics", in October 2007, at Casa da MĂşsica. A simple midi sequencer at its core, PolĂssonos is mainly a proposal for a loop orientated alternative to the traditional “piano roll” interface.

Thanks for sharing this.
It would be great if we can share ideas / information etc. I have a few technical questions on your projects.
Did you write this in Processing?
The source will be on my website very soon. You can also find there my email and some info about a project called DigitĂłpia: I've been willing to contact you, believe it or not!, about that project!...
Music Application with Processing interface and Max/MSP engine is a very interesting idea. I might follow your path in my next project.
Looking forward to hearing from you on your Digitopia project. Keep in touch, Rui ;-)
I've been testing and showing your new software to some people... it's amazing, I must tell you: clearly the best approach to music making on the web age I've seen so far. I'll get back to you on this latter...
Just in case you're interested, I've just posted the source code for PolĂssonos on my website:

Cool work man...
I'm afraid that the submissions for papers closed last week and the deadline for installations closes today (still trying to finnish mine!), but it's close enough from home ;)
Where can I find more info about your sensor boards?
All the best, Rui
