Honestly, I just tried to mimic a bunch of vimeos I saw the day before I shot these. I just didn't move the camera and let the fish do the moving. Any shots where I tried to pan felt a little shaky to me.

Oh and shooting digital stills at the aquarium before shooting the video, I had to be absolutely still to prevent camera-shake, so I had that going for me too.

I shot like 10 clips before I realized there was a red recording light on the front that was creating a reflection. I had to keep my finger on the light the rest of the day.

Completely agree. Once you learn the camera's strengths, and especially their weaknesses, it's a great little cam to keep around. I keep mine with me almost all the time.
