My mistakes that i found out during this video.

Diving: My legs should be straight, i screw up on the other leg because i positioned in the wrong way. And it looked like a retarded foot, it happened only one time because of that.

Anyways i am still further learning butterfly. Trying to improve it each day..

I would LOVE to heard comments and please take your time to give a good description on what i need to work on and what i need to improve on.

I do 2 kicks each stroke, is just hardly able to see because i did a small kick and a big kick and the quality was poor and hard to tell in the water.
