Nokia debuted its WiMAX-enabled N810 Internet Tablet for use with Sprint's WiMAX network during the CTIA's Wireless 2008 conference in Las Vegas.

Victor Brilon is Nokia's senior product manager - home networking solutions for convergence products. Victor, who is wearing a sports jacket (or perhaps it's a suit jacket) discusses wireless subjects, including: WiMAX pricing and bandwidth, the Hava multimedia player (for the N810) that's somewhat similar to the Slingbox and the relationship between 3G, 4G (LTE) and WiMAX.

Also part of the conversation is Jeb Brilliant of Brilliant Expos (with a beard) to the right of the screen and Mark Squires, Nokia's director of communications for social media (in the middle). I was very interested in testing the video quality of my Nokia N82 camera phone. The video is recorded at 30 frames per second at the best quality the camera phone offers. It was recorded in a meeting room section of the Wireless 2008 Las Vegas Convention Center.

The lighting was pretty good, and although there was some noise around the area, the audio isn't bad -- except for comments by Squires who is sitting farther away from the camera.

The conversations in the video cover a variety of subjects. Unless you're very interested in the wireless industry you probably will find the video boring. But it will give you a good idea of the quality of video from the N82 -- that's quite good. It is one of the best, perhaps the best, camera phones for taking videos.
