Some simple aerobatics made with the flight simulator FSX. The location is an Island between New Zealand and Australia, the Lord Howe Island. The airplane I fly is the Real Air's Bellanca Decathlon, an high wing aerobatic trainer from ACA.

Camera movements made in real time with Track IR 4 Pro from Natural Point.

Video captured with FRAPS and edited with Sony Vegas Pro 8 as 2mbps Mpeg4, if you log in this web site you can download the original file in HD (1280 x 720 video).

    Fantastic video. You must be a real pilot, right ? The solid start check, the aerobatics, the slipped landing, everthing perfect and very realistic. I noticed, you took only one shot of recording (except the rollout). How often did you try this flight before it succeeded this way?

    Hi Andreas, I'm not a real pilot, I'm a skydiver and a very active rc pilot, but I can pilot with no problems any GA airplanes and basic aerobatic too, spent some times with some pilot firends.. I also pilot RC airplanes and I have a virtual formation flight team made of 6 Su-33 ( iat-aerobatic.com )

    This is the first and last try of this flight, just improvisation, jazz... If I remember well I cut out a piece of video because it was just a flight around the area..
