    What do you use to make the initial map animation? I am planning of making a few traveling videos and want to do similar map feature, but doing them each frame manually in photoshop seems like extremely long process.

    Used After Effects for animating the map. Dotted line animation and similar stuff is actually very simple to make in AFX. Don't even think about doing it in Photoshop, that would take days :)
