Since I don't have any drawing or painting classes this semester, I was overjoyed at the thought of fashioning a large mural. After I decided on using an old sketch as a starting point, I chose to paint the piece with a friend in a bar to contrast the colourful, bright mural with the common dingy and dull bar setting and introduce an uncommonly warm and abstractly fanciful piece.
