It's a clip from Dotch. What is dotch? In a nutshell it is a Japanese cooking show that pits 2 dishes against each other (ie Toro vs. Kobe Beef). And sometimes on the show, they'll go to a local place that serves that dish. This was from the Omuhayashi episode. Bert has been sending me all the Dotch places to try. We've always talked about trying all these places. It's becoming reality finally. Can't wait for the next one.
