Ian Lucero 3 years ago hahah! Yeah i don't think I've ever seen balut eaten with utensils. Usually you just crack it open, drink up the juices, peel the rest and eat it up. Need some salt? I partially like balut, the yellow part with the veins. That's all. I can't get myself to crunch on duck legs. (shudder)
