1080Pigeon v1.0

Another crazy failed experiment thing here. I started by creating a rhythm using the bird sounds. Some 1/32nd note edits repeated and all.
Then I felt like it needed some proper music, and not just beats made from bird calls. So I recorded some synth chords and a bassline, both from my old Korg Poly 800 straight into Vegas below the video parts on the timeline. Then grabbed a kick, snare and hi hat samples and just dragged those onto the timeline also.
There was another noise sound I dragged on there too and sliced to make it sound like a transformer scratch.
Lastly I loaded up the pigeon footage at the end. It's all kind of messy.. nothing serious here and took no more than two or three hours with most of that time being spent time correcting the audio and live synth parts I recorded.
Anyway, I've uploaded it here in Full HD 1080P (download only, streaming is still 720P). Some of the footage just looked so nice at full 1080P resolution, so didn't want to compromise by uploading anything less. I'm still amazed at how nice footage from the HV20 can look.
If you download it, apologies to anyone with slower computer not capable of playing back 1080P mp4 files, so if you can't play it, just encode it to a smaller size.

fwi, we convert your footage to 720p anyway.
Yeah, I was just referring to the download version actually. Anyway, edited the text to clarify this :)
I'd really like to redo this one day. The editing is a bit too messy. But yes, I was surprised too at how nice the pigeon looks at the full resolution.
