University of Wisconsin-Stout Chief of Police Lisa Walter joined other officers from around the world in the Final Leg carrying the Flame of Hope throughout China and finally delivering it to Shanghai to kick off the 2007 Special Olympics World Summer Games. This is her presentation before the Wisconsin state Law Enforcement Torch Run Committee.
