Using a bungie chord attached between two athletes the front runner experiences overload and the back runner is thrown in to overspeed. Overspeed forces your neuromuscular system to operate at a hyper-level. This type of speed development drill should only be used occasionally as it is very advanced. Overspeed sprints help increase your stride frequency.
