Well, last year we got a heat wave in the middle of April, with temperatures hitting 20+. I hedged my bets that the same would happen again this year, so I booked some annual leave for a long weekend away camping in the Lake District.

How wrong I was about the temperatures. We lived though, but we had to buy several items to take the edge off the cold.

Regardless, we had a great time, and so did the dogs (Mary & Woody). Divvy here forgot to charge the camera before leaving, and even better, I didn't bring the usb dongle for charging either. So video footage is from the first day only. It would have been nicer to include a few bits from our ascent to dock tarn.
