On Day Two of Videoblogging Week I find myself vlogging upside down from a spinal decompression inversion table. Why? Thanks to all the driving I did over the weekend (see VBW Day One) I woke up with a numb and tingling right arm and hand. My back and neck have been bad for a while and I gave myself a pinched nerve somewhere down the line. Thanks to @RupertHowe and @DavidHowell on Twitter for support and advice here.

I also get to bemoan the frustrations of developing and deploying Flash content for the web. After a day fraught with eleventh hour problems and workarounds I had some stuff I needed to get off my chest.

Day two of a week long journal. Something I have not done before and something hopefully that will be easy to execute and maintain.
