    Damn dude, very nice work. I luv the part when you have the camera shaking 'earthquake-like' during the 'default' skate view segs. I hope that was intended because it was a nice touch.

    Now I have to go work EXTRA hard to come up with something HALF as good as that for my next vid! :P

    Yes, I added the earthquake to the skate.reel clip to make it seem a bit more realistic. For that shot, I thought it was important to use a line that did'nt require any unrealistic moves from the camera man.

    My setup is a bit unconventional - two online 360s, an HD projector lighting up 72", and a 16:9 mini DV cam filming a portion of the screen. I like this technique because it takes the guess work out of framing each shot. What you see on the DV cam is what you get.

    This was my solution given the tools available. Most guys capture with an HD card, then crop the footy with editing software.

    well, you've managed to stun an entire community of badasses. I never would have thought of filming anything like the way you did. Now, when I just upload stuff and convert it, it's going to feel so lazy.

    Haha nothin lazy about uploading to skate.reel, converting, editing, and posting your hard-earned footy. Posting links to JUST your skate.reel clips at EA may be a bit lazy.
