This is the 2nd test video using my new Canon HV30. It was shot in 30p mode and then imported into Final Cut Pro using Apple Pro Res codec transcoding. No color grading or retouching was done to see how the camera does straight out of the box. I did this handheld so please forgive the lack of smooth panning and zooming. I output it using Quicktime conversion from Final Cut with the recommended bit rates etc.
