my friend jeff and the band he plays in are performing this friday at the café lo cubano on laurel heights.

here's a few shots from the last time that i saw them perform, in front of an audience that included adriana, lisette, stacy, serena and rob and their son, taj.

the sound quality from this recording is pretty awful and i have to say that the lighting at the venue does not flatter the band, but so it goes. one gets an idea of what the band is like, but the video does not offer much more. : )

the band is called "rennea y sus amigos" and jeff plays the congas. excellent technique, maestro!

I just watched/listened with my headphones on, and I didn't think the sound quality was that bad. I love your subtitles, your commentary on Jeff, at the end. Nice.
