In this video segment I lit, textured and was director of photography (DP). The purpose of this shot was to show the magic tree blooming with opportunity and good fortune. I added the Jade colored lamp as it denotes good luck. I like the soft petal look and pastel colors that I achieved.

Lyle Walsh 2 months agostunning job. When the green appears - is that seperate leaf objects or somehow mixed in to the petal's material? Is the blooming done by animating a bevel object? Are the blossoms dupliverts?
