It's a lot of production value for $15 or so, but not quite a Glidecam Pro, if you know what I mean. I put a barbell weight on the bottom of mine, but I like his 2 couplings, better.
But this is a video I did a year ago using similar specs, but including a weight on the bottom, and I do include sample footage at the end. Perhaps this might be of interest to some:
