A 50 minutes observational documentary made at Tablehurst farm in the UK as part of the MSc in Science Media Production at Imperial College London.

The film try to follow the everyday life of a not so ordinary farm supported by an international community and following the principles of biodynamic agriculture.

i really enjoy, for the most part, the absence of dialogue in this film. it's also quite nice to see and discover how diverse and how intricate the inner processes of this place are. the farm really has become an organism in itself, and self-sustainable at that. a very admirable and enlightening piece of work, thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much for your comment! I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the absence of dialogue, each time I show it to someone, I'm scared they will get bored because of that...

You're the first person I don't know personnaly to give comments and it's very encouraging. We were trying to explain how the farm is working (like you said, it has become an organism in itself) without using too much dialogue, you seem to have understood exactly what we tried to do, so I guess it worked quite ok! Cheers, Julien

I'm not sure who to thank for this one? I mean, you put this all together Julien - however, what the farmer and his co-workers are doing is very highly commendable. Not only is he working towards a self sustaining farm - he is also helping in other ways by giving less fortunate individuals an opportunity to be an integral part of the overall process.

I guess what I am trying to say is Julien, you told this story well - and it is the first video over 10 minutes long that I have ever bothered to watch online from start to finish. Congratulations and well done, I hope you do very well after this :)

Bless you ^^ We've been there, we built a relationship with this little community and we were really impressed by their commitment, so I think it's hard for me to tell if the movie is too long or not because we were so interested by the subject. If you managed to watch it from start to finish, then I suppose it caught enough of your attention to keep watching and that makes me even happier. I'm glad you enjoyed the movie, and thanks for the very supportive comment...Julien
