This animation was done for a charity event in Culver City where it was projected on a 4m x 3m screen during the event.

The brief was open and the deadline was 6 hours. I wanted to create something simple and melancholic, thought it turned out pretty well considering the time I had...

There's something I really like about this animation work, quite ethereal. Have a look at the 1972 animated classic, Fantastic Planet, by René Laloux, if you've not seen it.

Thanks for the comment. Love the tactile quality of Fantastic Planet. Think might do something along that vein for my next animation, something more illustrative.
