I could describe it in one word, as there was a big long "daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang" coming out of my mouth. These efforts are admirable, though admittedly dizzying.

What I did like is how, towards the end, it almost looked like that room was crumbling.

I wish I could remember to do this every day. I tried a few months ago but it only lasted about a week. This is a great thing to have.
