This is an intermezo episode of germans videopodcast isightseeing. A litte production note while trying to stop-motion a moonlit night with a compact camara and the software istopmotion. The sopmotion film will be available in a few days.

Ich seh gerade immer noch nichts. Sternzeit: 09. März 2008 - 23:00 Uhr in Simons Küche, Stuttgart West. Gerade eine kleine Produktionsnotiz mit der HD Kamera aufgezeichnet. Natürlich bei ausgeschaltetem Licht und der eingebauten Videofunzel.
Das Ergebnis des Billigkamerasetups werdet ihr in wenigen Tagen bewundern dürfen.

probier mal die Canonsoftware "RemoteCapture".
Damit kannst du Zoom, Makro, Autofokus, ISO-Wert, Weiß0abgleich, Belichtungskorrektur usw direkt in der Software einstellen. Einziger Nachteil: Kamera schaltet zwischen den Aufnahmen nicht ab.
Oh, laut Supportseite von Canon wird nur Mac OS X 10.1.X, Mac OS X 10.2.x unterstützt ...

Habe die Software sogar hier auf meinem Rechner. Hatte ich wohl damals installiert. Werde ich mal ausprobieren. Oft geht es ja sogar mit aktuelleren OS Versionen, und zur Not hab ich noch eine Virtuelle Machine mit Win XP. ;)
