Muy buen trabajo de molelado y de rigging.
Piensas hacer alguna animacion mas elaborada?

Very good work of modeling and rigging.
Are you thinking to make an animation more elaborate?

    Thanks comment!

At first, I tried to make more dynamic action, but I couldn't. Because of bad Armature weight or lack of my animation experiences.
And... it's too high poly count to make an animation^^
If make more elaborate animation, I want to reduce its polygon.
( I tested Blender2.46RC's texture baking before. It's very useful to make highpoly -> lowpoly. )

    Thanks!!!
It seems a useful tutorial. Beautiful joint deformation.
I want to try it for next lowpoly-challenge.

TUTORIAL TUTORIAL!!! That is a fanflippintastic model. Is the mask always there, or is it like two diff versions?
  • fedb 2 months ago
    Yes, I make 2 versions.

face.ver (basic face without mask) & Mask.ver (Mask + neck armor + shadeless black face)

And basic face can be equiped with the mask. (But it's not so cool looking.^^)

The Sword is the wrong way. Samurai had their swords on upside down. The edge of the blade pointing upward. It was possible to cut trough the sheath and their hand the way you have it now. Other than that it is great.
