This video shows how simple it is to grill fish for tacos. You can use just about any fish for tacos . We like a saltwater white fish like Grouper, Red Fish, Amber Jack and Cobia when I can get it. If you have not had fish tacos you owe it two yourselves to try them, you'll be hooked.
