  the first part is based on your own browser preference. you should access your browser settings to see where the file is downloaded to. as for burning it on a dvd, there are tons of applications for various platforms. you might even already have a program installed on your windows that does this already. you should google for further information.

  this is cache related. the system takes some time to catch up and when it does the page will refresh with a correct list of collections the video has been added to.

  videos are added to groups and channels only by those who have the permission to do so. in case of HD channel it's run by vimeo staff so you cannot add to it.
