We lost our first match by a very large amount – the score was 200+ to 16. Although our robot scored three ringers for our side, while we were occupied the industrious opposing alliance steadily worked around the rack to form a complete row of 8 ringers. No ramp or keeper bonuses, but given the score […]

We also lost this match, 18 to 25, despite scoring all six ringers for our alliance in a row of four and three rows of two for 28 points. Amusingly, at one point we score a ringer just above a nearly toppled robot. However, a penalty to our side gave the victory to the opposing alliance. An incorrect […]

This match was the first of three replays of Match 12, and features a successful keeper score by our team! We also score two ringers, but the match ends inconclusively due to a field failure at about the 1:30 mark. Some good shots of 692's arm apparatus, and a nice view at the end of 114's skyscraping […]

This match proved to be the second (but not last) replay of Match 12. We almost repeat our keeper score, missing in the last step as the robot veers leftward. At this point, a careful observer can also catch the tail end of 114's tower-unfolding autonomous mode. Our robot goes on to contribute 2 ringers […]

Our alliance won the final replay of this match, 126 to 8. At the outset, our robot's autonomous mode failed due to problems with raising the tower into its upright position. Later on, despite defense from 692, we placed 5 ringers out of an alliance total of 9. Scores for a row of seven and two rows […]

This match ended in victory for our alliance, 34 to 18. We only scored 2 ringers due to strong and persistent defense from the opposition, 701 in particular. However, a 30 point bonus provided by 604 on 2159's ramp gave us the score necessary to win. Other teams featured: 604, 2159; 701, 253, 980.

Our alliance won this match, 16 to 0. Despite strong defensive play from 2204, our robot placed 3 out of the 4 ringers scored by our side. No penalties and no ramp or keeper bonuses (although 846 tries a keeper and comes close), so we won by the rack alone. Other teams featured: 692, 846; 852, 2204, 1072.

We lost our first quarterfinals match, 23 to 30, but not without a decent struggle. The match begins with a hilarious incident as 997, en route to block our robot's autonomous mode, ends up with a keeper speared on its flag for the next two minutes – however, their strong defensive capabilities are […]

This match ends before the 1 minute mark, when referees decide that 997 having accidentally pressed their own disable button warrants a full reset. Prior to the match's premature end, we make a keeper attempt that fails due to a malfunctioning gripper, and later on manage to score two ringers. Other […]

The day ends for team 766 with this match, which we lost on the replay with a score of 17 to 30. Persistent and well-played defense from 997 plus continued gripper problems held our team to merely 1 ringer, although the match closes with us on the verge of scoring a second. Again, the opposing alliance […]
