The UCLA Art | Sci Center + Lab facilitates and promotes research and programs that demonstrate the potential of media arts and science collaborations. The Art | Science center focuses on collaborative projects that address social, ethical and environmental issues related to scientific innovations.
The central goal is to actively work on blurring the dividing line of the “Two Cultures” and help usher in a new culture that is overdue – a culture of creative thinkers from the arts and sciences who join together to combine their knowledge and skills to come up with innovations and collaborations.
