Been on a road trip up Scotland, I think I just forgot how to enjoy life but this was a trip worth taking!

I have not uploaded a video in a month because I have not had much to tell you, here is a video for everyone who was wondering how I am.

To bring awareness to Cystic Fibrosis and help create an enjoyable life as possible for Naomi. Naomi is two and a half years old and has Cystic Fibrosis. She looks just like children her own age however she can't run very far as she becomes breathless. She is often in Hospital to Chronic Infection and has Phudomones which is a virus that when caught can't be cured only kept at bay with the correct treatment. Naomi takes 14 tablets a day as well as 22mls of various medication. Naomi needs two hours of physio everyday which is very difficult as she doesn't like sitting still or lying down and physical exercise tires her out easily.

Anyway after work the other night me and the crew went out to the Burnaze pub in Thornton not far from where I live and we had a great time, the staff were great and everyone enjoyed themselves, we're def gonna go again and we advise the same to everyone who watches this video!

For those of you that don't understand what happens halfway through the video let me explain a little.... Budosensei and his men managed to track down someone who they think is linked to me getting beaten up so they rang me and asked me to meet them outside, thats why I left the pub urgently, once that was completed I went back inside and continued having a fantastic time!
