1st Day in Rome
Vidblog from our trip to Europe in 2005.
We went on a Europe trip with my folks in 2005. It wasn't the kind of vacation me and Kamala would normally go on, no. This was actually one of those Tour Europe by Bus kinda deals that my parents set-up. If you've never been on a tour like this. I highly DON'T recommend it. Why? Because for one, if you aren't adventurous enough to stray away from the tour groups then you will probably end up eating where everyone else is gonna be eating which more that usually consists of over-priced tourist trap fast food crap (ie. McDicks) or the just too obvious, 1st layer cafeteria style Italian food.
I mean even though we did much traveling by tour bus we did see some amazing sites and dragged my mom and dad away from the Americano's to find some hole in the wall spots that were not just inspiring to us but to my folks. Which was most important.
See this, aside from the often trips to the Philippines which is where they are from, was their first time outside the US.

Rome Vlogging 1/9: My first Cappuchino in RRrrroomaa
Hadn't slept all night, caught a plane to Rome 7am on a Friday morning, got to this Piaza around 1pm DESPERATE for a coffee.
We ordered a Cappuchino and a Latte -- but it looks like we ordered nothing and boobs.
I need to get more judgement with this camera when I film.

Off the shelf
This tiny restaurant in Rome has no problem stocking hundreds of wines. The food was great too: Enoteca Cul de Sac, Piazza Pasquino 73, tel. 06-68801094
