0724 - caught train
0907 - arrived in London
0915 - this song was on my iPod whilst waiting for the tube train, and at the prosepct of a Very Long Day ahead, decided I would hoop to it later
All day - spent in a basement training room with no windows, in front of a PC, learning computer stuff
1705 - caught train home
1900 - arrived home
1945 - got ready and went out to teach Teen Aerobix class and all new Teen Hoop Fit
2015 - Teen Aerobix class
2100 - Teen Hoop Fit Class
2130 - ME TIME!!! Finally.

Wow! I hooped with fire for the first time at the Hoop Jam in Nuneaton this weekend.

It's only short as we all wanted to have a go, but it was so much fun! I was going to put music to the video, but I love the noise that the hoop makes so much that I left it as it was filmed.
