Starting to dig up some old tapes.

Which in a way is sad because a lot of the footage I'm starting to watch (much of it for the first time) was shot when the TRV900's heads were starting to fail.

Sometimes the sound and picture is great, in sync, and other times audio skips or completely drops out. It also doesn't help that a lot of it was shot on the cheapest tape I could find, which depending on who you ask, doesn't matter one bit.

Sure. But hell, every last bit of archiving trick won't hurt right? It doesn't matter. The tapes were recorded onto using a dying camera. That's the point.

What I'm going to attempt is to piece together footage that was shot between September 2001 and December 2002 and hope that I don't go into a depression of some kind. [less]
