  It was a small crew... just me plus a boom operator, makeup artist, and 2 or 3 PA's.
  
  Interiors were lit with a couple lights. I did use a Glidecam Camcrane 200 (an inexpensive jib arm) for a few shots, but none that appear in this teaser I don't think. No dolly was used.

  I had some footage I shot with the HV20 last weekend that looked like this just from extremely strong WIND! And the camera was on a tripod. Thanks for posting this.
