yeah dude. are you just animating the growth parameter of the main branch with is the parent of all the children branches etc?
Also... did you create this yourself, or use an xfrog pre made plant? not that I am saying anything negative either or, its just I've noticed that sometimes the xfrog premade plants dont work straight out the box.

im speaking of the .xfr files.
