Private Clips showing up and playing in the hubnut in the Vimeo Bugs Forum

I love the hubnut!

I do... except that videos i've marked as private (password protected) are popping up and playing (no password needed) in the midst of the the public ones.

oh, huh.

nevermind... if i'm logged into vimeo, i can see all my videos, including the private ones... and if i'm logged out i can only see the public ones, right?

I used Firefox to upload a video that I've tagged as private, password protected.

I logged out of Vimeo and tried to view the video, and it played without asking me for the password.

Just to double check, I tried to view the video using Internet Explorer, and again, it played without asking me for the password.

So I logged back in and checked the settings - privacy page for the video, and it says that the video is PUBLIC.

I've since tried setting it as Private many times, then clicked the "Save all Changes" button on the left. But it seems that the privacy settings are not being saved.

Please help?

I just tried making a video only viewable to a 'contact' but it doesn't show up when viewing my videos from their Vimeo page

it's not supposed to because you're still "you". when these contacts login to their vimeo pages, "they" will see the videos you shared with them.

Hi Sox - Hubnut really is awesome... and one of the cooler new things about embedding individual videos on your site is that you can post a private video and it will prompt you for the password (if that's how you set it up).

Is that possible with Hubnut? While you guys have done a rockin job getting it fixed to not show private vids (as above)... will be opposite be true?

I want to setup a widget on this page where members have to enter in a password to watch... but for now only the public videos are showing:

This bug seems to have reappeared. I uploaded 7 videos today, set them to Private with password protection and saved, but when I look at the setting again, it shows Public and I can access the URL in another browser without being prompted for the password.
