I posted my first video that has horizontal panning, and the tearing is terrible. I followed Eugenia's guides, I deinterlaced, I tried both blend/interpolate in vegas, and I even tried an mp4 and a wmv. All the same results. Curious if other people see the tearing or if it has something to do with my setup. Thanks everybody. You can check it out here:

I diodn't see any tearing but I noticed that the motion was jerky. Is that the infamous 6 dropped frames problem that Vimeo currently has?

I see horizontal lines in the picture, where like the top part of the picture is changing frames and the bottom isn't. It has a very flickery look to it. Not sure if it's an encoding problem, vimeo problem, or playback problem on my end.

A friend said that it's smooth on a MAC, but he sees the tearing on Windows. Odd.
