    Hi there,

    First off, thanks for the great service! I am new to Vimeo and loving it.

    I created my first two channels yesterday, and assigned unique shortcut url's to both of them. For some reason they bugged out a bit, and so I deleted both of them.

    I then created a another new channel, and tried to assign a shortcut url from either of the previously deleted channels, but unfortunately both of these are no longer available.

    Is is possible to make these shortcut url's available again?

    the shortcut url of a deleted channel should become available again for use - unless, someone has actually claimed it between you deleting it and reclaiming it.

    Hi,

    At first plese forgive me for my bad english. ;)

    I have more or less same problem.

    I created channel, and assigned Shortcut URL to it. But i just after making it decidet to not manage own channel at this time, so i deleted it becouse i dont want to make spam. :)

    After that i saw, that i dont have assigned Shortcut URL to my profile, so i wanted to put same "name" as i done with cahnnel, but it says that it is unavailable. After that i tested that if someone taked that "name" or it is some king of bug, or smth... so i created new channel, assigned unique "name" and then deleted channel. Then i check if it is possible to assign that "name" to my profile URL settings and it said that it is unavailable.

    So i have question. If there is assigned Shortcut URL to channel and after deleting it i need to wait some time to get it free so i can use it again?
