    Why does this customizer not work with any of my own videos under either IE or Firefox? Is is something to do with the code not liking my username's special characters? The last line of the code is never completed properly, e.g. >Ã

    See, it puts that A with a squiggle and doesn't close the tag. Is that what's crashing the customizer code?
