I'm in the process of making a movie and I'm uploading several clips to get feedback on things like intro layout, or quality settings e.t.c.

And I just uploaded a video that has the same resolution as the rest except it didnt get HD treatment!

    Clip in question is vimeo.com/1025570

Does this happen often? Is there anything I can do to prevent it? only bothers me a bit since upload limit doesnt reset if I delete it and re-upload or whatever~

Yes, it happens almost once every 7 to 10 uploads. It's a bug happening depending which Vimeo's servers are hit. The problem is there since the beginning.

More over, some times the HD version will get re-encoded, but the SD won't (exact opposite problem).
