    The following video:

    Doesn't work for everyone. It seems random, but many people are getting the spinning Vimeo logo infinitely and the video never loads and plays. This has been lasting a few days.

    For everyone else, it seems to work fine, except many times the thumbnail doesn't show and it's just a gray screen until you hit play.

    This is when embedded or directly played at Vimeo, doesn't seem to matter how it's played, people have issues.

    Okay, strange... it looks like changing the thumbnail to a different one fixed the playback problem. Why on earth would the thumbnail affect the ability to play a video?
