    i uploaded an Mp4, that is in 1280 x 720 with 6mbit/s datarate and AC3 sound.
    when i watch it on my computer it works perfectly but on vimeo it is very choppy.

    can someone help me out please?

    It plays fine for me. You just need a faster computer, as Flash requires more CPU than local video decoding.
