well, i'm excited. february is fast approaching. we will start sharing next weekend. i'll randomly assign people into pairs in a couple of days. from that point on, message your partner to tell him/her when you've made a new video. let's aim for about one per week. remember to make the video private if you don't want anyone else to see it. once vimeo improves the private channel feature, each pair will have its own, private channel! cool huh?

sorry to be absent for a few days. i really appreciate you posting here in the forum. i was waiting for vimeo to update its private channel capability to make our project easier, but it's taking a little too long. so, without further ado...

here are the pairings for partners:

blueeyed_girl and Anna Grogan
Andrew and 3d60
Marky and gary locke
Jessica and sara

a reminder about how this will work: please make a video about once a week to show your partner. if you're super busy, you can take a week off, but consistency is really important for the conversation to happen. once vimeo finishes the technology they've been working on, each pair will have its own private channel, but for now, just make the video and use whatever privacy settings you like - a password, for example - that will limit viewers to your partner. if you have any comments or questions, please post them here.

oh, and also: you can obviously make whatever videos you want to show to your partner, but if you're at something of a loss (which i actually am), you can start by introducing yourself however you like. seems like an appropriate place to start.
