1 Asian pear
I apple (of your choice)
2 tablespoons orange blossom honey
1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Cut pomegranate in half and scoop out all seeds and as much juice as you can into a bowl
Cut flowering top off of persimmons after washing them and chop up WITH SKIN ON add to bowl
Core both the apple and pear, LEAVE SKIN ON , chop add to bowl
Toss with the honey and balsamic, chill and serve.
Serves 6 as a side or 2 as a whole
